Seeing people really harnessing the power of laughter to help themselves feel great is a passion for Stephanie.....so is world travel and elephants!

After training in India with Dr Kataria, the world renowned creator of Laughter Yoga and becoming a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher, she has been working with businesses, schools and health workers as well as many patients to share the concept of laughter as an exercise.

With a wealth of experience and a proven Sales & Marketing track record gained in the USA, Bermuda and the UK, Stephanie has also worked as a Business Coach to help unlock the hidden potential in clients and their products.  It is through the utilisation of laughter exercises that she has seen her most profound changes in clients with increases in stamina and focus as well as a decrease in stress and anxiety. This has helped her Business Coaching clients have much more success and much more quickly than they might have done otherwise.

As a successful businesswoman Stephanie has owned and operated businesses in Bermuda and the UK using Laughter as a powerful motivator for change. More importantly she has helped many people deal with tough times by using Laughtercise the unique offering from Grin and Tonic

Lover of life, family, friends and laughter, customer service guru, 3 times cancer survivor.

I have led and coached business & service development for over 15 years, using experience from a wide range of businesses and gained through my MBA.  Formerly, as a multi-unit operator with large hospitality and leisure corporates, I managed teams of up to 250 people before specialising in delivering customer experiences that engender customer loyalty and build competitive advantage.  In 2004, I led the team that won the National Business Award for Customer Service Strategy of the Year.

So where does laughter come in?  Well, I was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma, twice in the 1990s, and then with breast cancer in 2011.  It was during this third bout of cancer that I initially experienced the power of Laughtercise.  Like many, I thought it was a bit bonkers at first, but I have never looked back since.  When dealing with difficult situations, I use Laughtercise as a tool to feel more energised, reduce stress and fear, and to feel more in control, and I'm passionate to share these Laughtercises and techniques with others in order to help them.

I also firmly believe that to deliver a world-class customer experience you need a world-class employee experience, particularly where the customer experience lies in the hands of the frontline employee.  Laughtercise is a great way of building energy, involvement and employee engagement as part of your employee experience strategy.
