Honestly, you have to try this! You will feel huge mental and physical benefits by starting every day in this way. We use laughter as an exercise, enabling your body and mind to benefit from the endorphins and the serotonin release that you get when laughing at comedy or jokes etc. Do this on your own, with your partner, with your parents, with your children, with your friends...... Laughtercise is based on the principles of Laughter Yoga because it combines laughter exercises with deep breathing. It often becomes infectious with those around you!!
